At Plato we are building a data-driven workflow platform that makes using an ERP system as easy and pleasant as using your iPhone - literally 🖥️ 📲. As one of our team's core members, you will be joining our core application team and create an unrivaled user experience across devices for a user base which has long been underserved UX-/UI-wise - think the AirBnB of ERPs 💅. Our AI-driven interface is central to everything we do at Plato and as such this role will involve close collaboration with our data science, product, design and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who is not afraid to get hands-on and take the initiative in implementing new ways in which we can quickly analyze, implement, and build upon suggestions from our product proposals. As a candidate you will not only cooperate with the design team but you can think of yourself as a full-stack resource that will closely cooperate with our CPO & CTO and fill gaps as a flexible team player where needed.
