About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who has shipped LLM-powered features and thrives in fast-moving environments. As our first Product Manager, you'll work directly with the CPO (Matthias) to deliver AI co-pilots and agentic workflows from prototype to production.

What you'll do

• Translate Ambiguity into Clarity: You turn fuzzy, high-level problems into clear, actionable solutions and deliver iteratively without handholding.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to ensure smooth delivery.
• Simplify Complex Workflows: You design intuitive solutions that non-digital-native users can easily adopt.
• Close the Feedback Loop: You gather feedback from users, validate adoption, and use data to guide iteration.

What we're looking for

You have proven experience in B2B Product Management, ideally in AI, ML, or data products. The following describes you:
